My  professional background

Specialist in the design, construction & maintenance of Swimming Pools, Water Features, Soft and Hard landscaping works with well over 35 Years professional experience in the United Arab Emirates.

I started my career at the tender age of 15 years as a full time typist in the Accounts Department of DNATA, followed by a short spell in the Accounts Department of Gulf Catering Services at 17. Graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1984 and following a 3 year foundation building experience with Al Ahmadiah Contracting joined Belhasa Projects in 1988, then known as Belhasa Anthony Pools. Here I  specialized in design, construction & maintenance of Swimming Pools, Water Features, Soft and Hard landscaping works and went on to successfully build a market leader with a team of over 1,500 men.

Following a 25 year stint in  Belhasa I joined Desert Leisure Swimming Pools in July 2013. The company then had been stripped down to a handful of staff members due to the market conditions and was not far from closure. I picked up the pieces and built a formidable team of highly  skilled staff members and workers and by 2015 Desert Leisure had established itself as a force to reckon with. At Desert Group I later went on to manage the complete construction unit which included one of the pioneers in the landscape industry Desert Landscape LLC.

I then  joined the Tanseeq Group (also known as Proscape Group), to strengthen their specialist company Water in Motion wherein I successfully completed the now very well known gigantic Lagoon Pool with Polynesia like white sandy beaches at Park Hyatt Hotel - Dubai Creek and Golf Club.

I recently joined Finasi LLC a market leader in interior fit out, landscaping &  Pools, to reinforce their of USP of providing a complete solution to their clients ‘interior and exterior’.
